Middleton-Life is Better Here
Middleton is one of the oldest towns in Idaho, but with its exploding population-there is also much new construction.
Home prices in Middelton are generally lower per sq. ft. than in Ada County...and you can usually get a larger parcel of land, as it still has a lot of sprawling ranch & farm lands.
Middleton got its name as the midway point between Old Fort Boise & Keeney's Ferry and served as a rest stop in the early days of the Oregon Trail.
Middletons is approx. 23 miles Northwest of Boise, and its population has almost doubled since 2010. Middletons current population sits at just under 10,000 (COMPASS).
